Summer 2019

It's that time of year again, holiday planning time!! Sadly we can't get to Ravda this year, but we will definitely be there next year. This means that the whole of August is available at the moment for anyone interested in staying. Ravda has developed quite a lot over the last few years but it hasn't lost its charm. Every year we find somewhere new to visit or new places to eat. There is a lovely restaurant at the far end of Ravda now, near to the Emerald Resort, called Alta Marea. Bistro Villa Livia is another great restaurant. There is a map below which shows some of the restaurants.

Many people might have seen Sunny Beach advertised as one of the cheapest holiday spots. Ravda is cheaper than Sunny Beach and quieter. Sunny Beach is easily accessible from Ravda either by bus or taxi for those who like a busier nightlife and more shopping! Nessebar is a great foodie place and a UNESCO World Heritage Centre, full of history. There are many churches to visit and an archaeological museum. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2IOyU--6V4

There are many bars and restaurants to choose from,  Michael's Eco Bar is well worth a visit, really quirky, a few pictures below.

There are so many things to do for all the family; there are plenty of options for water sports along the Ravda beachfront and little coves perfect for snorkelling and crabbing. There are many trips that can booked in the village or on TripAdvisor before you get to Bulgaria, fishing trips, Jeep safari, Khan's Tent and many more. But if all you want to do is just chill Riviera Fort Beach is perfect for place to be. If you want any further information please drop me a line at rivierafort@btinternet.com
